Ingredients 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1⁄3 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves, chopped, plus more for garnish ½ large avocado, pitted and peeled 1 packet of Morning Shake protein powder or 2 scoops (about 2 tablespoons) collagen powder 1½ tablespoons raw cacao powder 2 ice cubes Pinch of sea salt Preparation 1 Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
