Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Pegan Shake Powder or any protein/collagen powder
  • 1-inch diameter fresh ginger root (could be replaced with ½ teaspoon of ground ginger powder)
  • 1 tablespoon goji berries 
  • 1¼  teaspoons ground turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Maca powder 
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom 
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened (used coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit maple syrup (optional)
  • Handful of ice

Toppings:

  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen 

Preparation

  1. Add all of the shake ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. 
  2. Sprinkle bee pollen & enjoy!
